Scope of Work

  • Surge Analysis for Newly Integrated Piping System
  • Pump Trip and Start-Up Scenario Evaluation
  • Compliance with QCS 2014 Guidelines

Project Summary

Conserve Solutions conducted a detailed surge analysis for a newly integrated 600 mm diameter piping system connected to a submersible pump within an existing municipal tank. The objective was to ensure safe operational dynamics and protect system integrity under transient conditions.

Key engineering tasks included:

  • Simulating pump trip and start-up timings to evaluate pressure surges
  • Analysis aligned with QCS 2014 design standards
  • Ensuring hydraulic stability within the Murraikh Pumping Station system

This project illustrates Conserve’s precision in hydraulic transient analysis and its role in safeguarding complex utility and pumping infrastructure systems.
